Check Disk Error
Checking if there’s error in the disk is the first step. It would take some time, but it is simple to do.
->Open This PC, right click Disk C and choose Properties.
->Choose Tools tab and click Check.
->Then a window pops up to ask you if you need a drive scan.
If this window does not show up, please reboot your computer to have another try.
Disable the Low-frequency Service
Though we have already disabled some auto-start applications when computer boots, some service would stick to the pace of the system. We need to disable some of the service manually.
->Put the mouse on the toolbar and right click, find Task Manager and click.
->Find Performance, and hit Resource Monitoring botton.
->Disable the progress you do not need or want, by right click on the item and choose End Process.
Please do not end the process related to the system. Once you did that, the computer has to be forcefully rebooted.
